Terms of Use Agreement

 

The following Terms of Service (“Terms”) dictate permissible access and use of all services (“Services”) provided by LIMOSTYLE

1. With a written order for services (letter or e-mail), the customer enters into a binding agreement that includes these Terms.

2. These terms as well as our terms of payment will be considered accepted unless the customer objects in writing within eight days of the reception date of the invoice.

3. Our terms of payments determine when the invoices are due for payment.

4. Any payment delay will result automatically and without prior notification in an additional charge calculated as follows:

o The total amount of the invoice will be increased by a fixed indemnity of 20% with a minimum charge of 50.00 €, in addition to an interest charge based on a 12% annualized interest rate

5. Booking of services:

o A deposit may be requested according to the type and/or importance of the service provided

o A credit card may be requested as a guarantee of payment

6. Services:

o Services always begin from departure of garage (minimum 30 minutes before customer pick-up) and end at return to garage (minimum 30 minutes after customer drop-off).

o Any additional half hour will be charged at hourly rates agreed between the parties knowing that every half hour started will be due in full.

o In case of full day booking, a minimum of 8 hours of service will be charged to the customer.

o All ancillary expenses such as waiting time by the chauffeur (foreseen or not), parking charges, toll expenses and hotel expenses will be charged to the customer as supplement.

o A surcharge of 25% will be applied for any service performed during a public holiday (50% during Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve).

o A surcharge of 10% will be applied for any service performed between 11.00 pm and 06.00 am.

o LIMOSTYLE reserve the right to subcontract the service to third-party companies assuring equal quality of service for the customer.

7. Cancellations:

o Cancellations of private services:

 Cancellation less than 24 hours before the beginning of the service: the customer will be charged 100% of the price for the total length of service agreed at the time of the order.

o Cancellations of services to professional organizations or businesses:

 Cancellation at least 72 hours before the beginning of the service: no fees.

 Cancellation at least 24 hours before the beginning of the service: the customer will be charged up to 50% of the price for the full service agreed at the time of the order.

 Cancellation less than 24 hours before the beginning of the service: the customer will be charged 100% of the price for the full service agreed at the time of the order.

8. LIMOSTYLE shall not be liable in the event of damages (direct or indirect) caused to third parties by individuals transported in execution of the agreement.

9. Customers are solely responsible for all consequences resulting from transportation of their personal items, including payments of customs duties and any damage that LIMOSTYLE suffer due to the presence of illegal objects or possessions in the customers’ personal items.

10. In case of a dispute, only the courts of Brussels will be competent.
